Thunder Beast Arms' Silencer Summit is the only large-scale, apples-to-apples suppressor sound dataset that exists publicly. Every can is tested at the same indoor facility, on the same hosts, with the same ammunition and the same instrumentation. The catch is that the results arrive as a wall of numbers, and the number that matters to you is not the number that matters to the next person.

So we built the MegaMatrix: an interactive ranking of every suppressor tested from 2024 through 2026. Pick the one thing you care about — quiet at the muzzle, quiet at your ear, weight, size, price, or mount freedom — and the ranking recomputes against the products tested on that exact host. Nothing is ever compared across host classes, because nothing measured on different guns is comparable.

Worth saying plainly: Black Ops Suppression Systems makes suppressors and competes with most of the products in that table. Our own cans are ranked by the same formula as everything else, with no BOSS-favouring default, and our worst results are in there where anyone can see them.
