Two generations of Virginia racing now have a stake in a Virginia suppressor company. Jeb and Ward Burton are owners of B.O.S.S. Silencers — not endorsers, not a sponsorship deal. They bought in.

In Jeb's words:

“I did a deal with BOSS because 1. I like their suppressors, 2. they have great quality, and 3. they are a Virginia-based company.”

That last one is not a throwaway. We machine, finish and serialise our own cans here, and the Burtons are a Virginia racing family. This is two local outfits backing each other, which is a better reason to put a name on something than a cheque.

What it means if you shoot ours

Mostly it means the shops matter. A stocking dealer can ask us about an in-store appearance, and Jeb or Ward can take part — so the fastest way to get a Burton to your local gun store is not to ask us, it is to ask the store.
