Mike Rogan, B.O.S.S. Silencers Team Shooter/Product Specialist and K&M Precision Instructor

Mike is a U.S. Navy veteran who served as a CSAR (combat search-and-rescue) Rescue Swimmer and Naval Aircrewman for 10 years. During Mike’s tenure in the Navy, Mike served with UN forces with IFOR during Operation Joint Endeavor, including a supporting role in the Mrkonjić Grad incident. Mike was deployed to various duty stations in Europe and both Central and South America where he operated in CSAR missions and training as part of COMSOLANT.

Mike has been participating in competitive shooting from a very young age, however, long-range precision shooting has been Mike’s primary shooting passion for well over a decade. He has numerous podium and Top-10 finishes throughout his long tenure. He is a seasoned competitive shooter and is consistently in the running in championship-level long-range precision matches. He is currently shooting for Team K&M Precision Rifle Training and is additionally sponsored by Kahles & Swarovski Optics, GA Precision, Bartlein Barrels, Manners Stocks, and Armageddon Gear. Mike takes a very active role with new shooters and enjoys serving as an ambassador for the sport, always encouraging those willing to learn and have fun.

JonHedges, B.O.S.S. Silencers Team Shooter and Product Specialist

Jon Hedges currently resides in Owensboro, Ky where he was born. He graduated from Owensboro High School in 2008 where he pursued his passion in Baseball. After attending Olney Central College 2009-2010, Jon was drafted in the 2009 MLB First year players draft by the Minnesota Twins. Jon returned to college and transferred to Indiana State University in 2011 to continue playing baseball and majoring in Criminal Justice. After graduating from ISU in 2012 and in the fall before his senior season Jon married his college sweetheart Alivia. They knew they wanted to have a big family from the beginning and after graduation they started their family. Jon and Alivia currently have four children, three boys (JP, Jasper, Jensen) and a girl (Alani). Family is Jon's top priority and they anjoy spending time outdoors together, fishing, hunting, shooting and of course baseball. Prior to joining BOSS Silencers, Jon worked as a Kentucky State Trooper for 6.5 years, (2013-2019).

Jon started in competitive shooting at local matches at Red Brush Rifle Range in Newburgh, Indiana. After his first match he was hooked and never looked back. In 2022, things started to pickup with his first Two-Day match at the MDT Bomber Run. Jon is a PRS regular and shoots in most major PRS matches throughout the year.
