About B.O.S.S.
Black Ops Suppression Systems, or B.O.S.S. for short, was created as a vehicle to demonstrate the advanced baffle designs that we've been cooking up for years. Our innovative, yet novel baffle designs dramatically increase the amount of time hot gasses have to travel before exiting the silencer, which in turn slows them down and makes it quieter. While not the same as "flow through" silencers, BOSSCans baffles do flow much better than conventional baffle stacks, which significantly reduces back pressure on gas guns. Our silencers perform significantly better than most, if not all, comparably sized silencers, and even many larger ones.
B.O.S.S. Silencers are all made from a mix of 17-4 Stainless Steel, heat treated to H900 condition, and Grade 5 and 9 Titanium. Every blast baffle is extra thick and in the hardened 17-4, but we've streamlined the remaining baffle stack to maximize durability vs weight. Even our full SS baffle stacks are incredibly light weight due to our innovative baffle designs that shave weight wherever possible, and our Ti models take that even further.
Performance and durability are our primary focus as a silencer manufacturer. We at B.O.S.S. love our kit as much as anyone, but while most silencer companies spend a lot of resources on visual design and making their products look tacticool, we focus on making the most durable, quiet, and lightweight silencers anyone has ever seen.
