Q: What happens if the ATF executes the $0 tax stamp process sooner than Jan 1?
A: We will ship your silencer whenever you are ready, even if that's before Jan 1.
Q: What will BOSS do if every other silencer company raises prices between now and Jan, 1?
A: Nothing, your deposit locks in today's price for your silencer purchase. We have no plans to raise prices, but if we do, the price you are agreeing to pay with this deposit will not change.
Q: What will BOSS Silencers do with the deposit?
A: We will use it to continue producing silencers and ensure that your orders are secured and waiting for you.
Q: What happens if I change my mind and do not want to buy the silencer come Jan 1, 2026?
A: Because we plan to use your deposits to make your silencers, deposits are not refundable. However, we will give you $100 towards anything in our store through the end of 2026.
